Full Day Coverage

Our wedding film-making is only for full-day coverage, or elopements

Full day coverage always includes:

• 2 shooters
• Getting Ready (Camera team splits up to capture coverage for each person)
• Ceremony
• Bridal Party Session
• Couples Session
• Reception
• Grand Entrance (if applicable)
• Speeches
• Optionally: First Dance(s) and Dance Party

Elopements

We want to make sure that you are able to have a calm and stress free day therefore all of our elopement packages start at 2h. We really want to allow enough time for you to enjoy your intimate ceremony and get those fantastic couples shots

Coverage 1: Basic

Includes a 30m ceremony + 90m couples portraits

Coverage 2: Getting Ready + Basic

Includes 1h of Getting Ready, 30m ceremony + 90m couples portraits

Coverage 3: Getting Ready + Basic, + 1 extra locations

Includes 1h of Getting Ready, 30m ceremony, 90m couples portraits + 1 additional location during either the portraits session or the ceremony in a different location as the portraits

Additional shooter

For coverage options 2&3 we would recommend this so that you get the getting ready shots for both partners

Your Wedding Film Coverage Time Will Always be Customized

Brand Lifestyle, Event Photo or Video, Brand Story Doc & Documentary Shoots

All brand lifestyle and event shoots are customized, but include at minimum:

• 1h Visioning session: we discuss the shoot objectives, logistics, and create a shot list, discuss props, etc.
• A lead shooter. An assistant and/or a 2^nd shooter may be added if recommended
• Shooting in one location (more locations possible with a custom quote)
• Photography:
  • Web resolution images (1800px on the long edge)
  • 150 to 250 images per hour, per photographer
  • Lighting is used as required for the best look
• Videography
  • An event video in HD, length depending on the content or idea

Unless otherwise specified, shoots do not include

• Travel time and mileage outside of 20km and 20m from our studio
• For Photography
  • Higher resolution upgrades (medium and full resolution upgrades are available)
  • Detailed retouching
• For Videography
  • Bulk Clips MAY Be available
• Rush Rates (Rush and Double Rush rates may be available)
• A second shooter (this could be added depending on the event or the shoot)
• GST

For 5 or more people, a custom quote is better for the client.  Prices can be as low as $150 per person in-studio, not including on-location upgrades, location scouts, or hair and makeup touch-ups.
